Staff Our operations management staff is a handpicked group of seasoned veterans. Each manager has over fifteen years experience in the industry which provides our customers with over 120 years of combined on-the-job and hands-on janitorial expertise. In addition to our experienced operations staff, every RCS custodian is meticulously trained and closely supervised daily. Special Support Crews (SSC). Each SSC consists of highly trained and experienced professionals in the specialty areas of janitorial maintenance (hi-tech clean rooms, windows, tile, marble, stone, carpet cleaning, wood floors, medical facilities, etc.). Quality Assurance The primary goal of RCS is Total Customer Satisfaction. Our Quality Assurance Program includes monthly walk-through inspections at every building site. A written report of all findings is submitted to the building or facility manager within one day of the physical inspection. Any requests are corrected within 48 hours or less. Trained Personnel All personnel assigned to a facility are thoroughly trained, closely supervised, and monitored by a dedicated operations supervisor. All new employees are teamed with a supervisor and must pass rigorous training and equipment performance tests prior to working on an area individually. Emergency Situations Every supervisor and operations manager is equipped with a pager and a cellular phone. Operations managers are on-call 24 hours a day. RCS’s average response time to any of their facilities (at any time) is 30 minutes to the building site. Security Tenant security throughout your facility, and the security of every employee is critical to the success of RCS. Prior to hiring, all RCS employees are personally interviewed by senior management, carefully screened, and a thorough background check is conducted. All RCS employees must read and sign the pre-approved security requirements of the facility to which they will be assigned. Insurance All RCS employees are bonded and insured. RCS maintains insurance policies for Commercial General Liability, Automotive, Non-Owned & Hired Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Equipment Coverage, with insurance carriers of not less than an A+ rating by Best’s Rating Services.
